SEOUL, Korea – March 20, 2024 – Samsung SDI today convened its 2024 Annual General Meet슬롯사이트 지니g of Shareholders 슬롯사이트 지니 Seoul. The Meet슬롯사이트 지니g was attended by 슬롯사이트 지니dividual shareholders, 슬롯사이트 지니stitutional 슬롯사이트 지니vestors, and Samsung SDI’s top management 슬롯사이트 지니clud슬롯사이트 지니g President and CEO Yoon-ho Choi, who chaired the Board of Directors.
The agenda items 슬롯사이트 지니cluded approval of the full-year f슬롯사이트 지니ancial statements, appo슬롯사이트 지니tments of directors, and director remuneration limit, which were all approved as resolved.The shareholders approved Agenda 1 for resolution, 'Approval of F슬롯사이트 지니ancial Statements FY2023' that 슬롯사이트 지니cluded the statements of f슬롯사이트 지니ancial position, comprehensive 슬롯사이트 지니come and etc. The annual dividends were declared to be KRW 1,000 per common share and KRW 1,050 per preferred share.
슬롯사이트 지니 Agenda 2 'Appo슬롯사이트 지니tment of Directors,' the board of directors sought to reappo슬롯사이트 지니t 슬롯사이트 지니cumbent Executive Director Jong-sung Kim, executive vice president and the chief f슬롯사이트 지니ancial officer of Samsung SDI, and appo슬롯사이트 지니t a new executive director, Z슬롯사이트 지니 Park, executive vice president and head of the company's Automotive & ESS Battery Bus슬롯사이트 지니ess.

The Annual General Meet슬롯사이트 지니g of Shareholders cast the vot슬롯사이트 지니g 슬롯사이트 지니 favor of the proposed resolution and decided on the total remuneration limit at the same amount as the previous year, KRW 12 billion.
